sunny and humid once again for an early start...flies out in numbers...time for the hat...ran the bus depot trail out to the road turn-around out and back two times...mini air show still going on...saw some hikers with dogs...first loop = 1:01:23...4 min transition...second loop = 1:02:18...ran through sluggish feeling for 60 min+...felt good...
