sun and clouds mix...mild...ran up camp hill and down orange trail headed to merkle up to goose music hill turnaround for an out and back...blue heron and ducks take flight running over bridge...geese not as plentiful in fields but many taking flight and loud about it...spry training run...sweaty workout...803c...felt good...
