running with the last of the sun for the day...cool temps about 48 dropped to 41 by the finish...plenty of deer and geese out in the field...saw a big cargo plane flying overhead...just a couple of other runners out today one was carrying a rugby ball...used the last half mile to collect some wood otherwise kept a steady training pace...burned 676c...felt good...
