sunny and cold with a slight breeze...ran in shorts any way...another sluggish effort...had to take walk breaks...feeling tired and worn down...ran up croom airport road to the side trail entrance...looped around to cross the road over to bus depot trail...ran down to the boardwalk and back up and then down to base...felt OK...
