back at jug bay after vacation for the first time...back soreness kept me from running during the week...ran various trails and looped back to base on the scenic road...saw two other runners on the trails...humidity a factor..ran 4:1 Interval for the first 4m; ran 3:1 Interval for final 2m...felt OK...
