sunny hot and humid...flies are out...ran STCR trail to horse detour trail to merkle...took the red loop to fenno road over roadblocks and back to STCR trail...ran strong first half...heat slowed me down over the second half of the run...took a spill on red loop trail after foot snags in tree branch...no worse for wear...felt good...
