nor'easter blowing through...conditions not as harsh as earlier in the day...a break but still raining steady for most of the workout...pine needles covering scenic road leading to trailhead...fragrant...garmin started out in working condition but went out near 5m...used new printed maps to confirm distance...look to use maps more often...use color names for trails...many possibilities for trail running...try different combos...committed to the hike for this workout...cleared my mind...felt good...
