Happy Trails...after a long week involving dental procedures, work, a minor cold, post ultra recovery, and the winter blues it felt good to get the weekend started with a casual trail run...conditions were almost a carbon copy of yesterday with filtered sun and a quiet calm...it was just a touch warmer at 40 degrees...ran over to merkle and did a loop around the HQ with a field extension...saw the usual geese and a small herd of deer in the woods...a couple of dog walkers were out as well as a bike rider...burned off 957c...felt good...
