sun and cloud mix warm and humid...first run 12 days following C&O Canal 100K...no lingering issues...feet are tender and legs are tight kept an easy training pace...ran comfortably...route: scenic road with "c" campground loop to merkle and short farm field loop...back to base...saw a hedge hog up close...mountain biker and a dog walker also out...beat the rain by 5 minutes...celebrated return to trails with a tall budweiser...648c...felt good...
