Long run on the trails...first long run in a month...trail conditions wet and sloppy...started run at a chilly 37 degrees nice warm-up to 46 degrees by the finish...green trail flooded and had to turn back...ran fields and red, blue, sky blue, yellow trail sections...geese galore out in the fields today...tired effort but saw it through...1479c...felt good...
