sunny hot and humid with temperature rising...started with comfortable moderate long run pace...heat slowed me after 5m...easy long run pace for remainder of run...garmin was out of sorts today...ran the bus depot trail with road extension out and back...park hq out and back...scenic road over bridge and loop back with camp hill,,,HM 10/30...1591c+...felt good...
