gray day with a chilled wind blowing...peeks of sun but not enough to warm up...feeling blah today...not enough sleep...tired and foggy...determined to hike but can't resist urges to run...improvised course...up croom airport road to first trail entranceon left...followed trail to fenno road farm field...ran out to run then took the horse detour tral back to base area looped back on wooded trail to road...getting thought togethero n potential races...will hold my own ultr-marathon in december at jug bay details to worked out...tired feeling eased as run progressed...hit a cold patch of wind running down farm field on return...felt good...
