Crew Support...3 miles around the farm field and finish line area as Ben ran the Jug Bay 5K in a cold November rain...Made my way to the 2 mile mark to give Ben his split and took the field loop back to the start/finish area...Able to run for a half mile straight...Soreness was noticeable...Ben was 2nd overall...353c...felt good...
