sun...cool chill...breeze...crowded at jug bay this morning...couldn't park in usual location due to hiking/dog groups...rescue dog training...started at boat ramp parking...ran scenic road to park entrance nad down to park hq...loop back with blue trail loop as detour...take some extra turns and loops on the way back to increase mileage...garmin battery running low...mostly a road run due to sloppy trails...ran near race pace...felt good...
