Rare Mid Day Run...Mid-tempo run up and down the neighborhood...had to contend with an aggressive dog, "Hooter", from down the street...thanks to some agility I have left I worked myself out of danger...otherwise a quiet summer run...Sunny sky with temps in the low 80s...683c...felt good...
