sunny and most pleasant...nice breeze...debut run at indian head rail trail...start at mattingly ave...out and back to 227 (7m)...paved trail...many bikers but never crowded...run through mattawoman marsh and creek...cross 224 twice...cross bumpy oak road...brings back memories of charles county youthful times...enjoyable run energetic effort...2143c...half marathon distance goal...7/30...felt good...
