Notes

So slow. No energy in the legs. I started racewalking to make the workout last less time. I liked it. I'm thinking about going back to walking. I can't seem to run any long distance without becoming totally exhausted and walking a lot. I never had this problem when I walked - I could do back-to-back long workouts with no problem. Maybe I'm just not meant to run long distances.
