Please with my effort, based on my average heart rate. Pace was 10 seconds better than earlier 5Ks this year, excluding Goose Rocks Beach. Goal for NYC is now three-fold: (a) sub-3:10 (BQ-20), (b) sub-3:06 (NYC guaranteed entry), and (c) sub-7:00 pace. With current level of training, any of these would be rewarding; two would be surprising, and three would be huge.
