Notes

Did this for a half hour as part of my recovery regimen. I definitely did not feel like any running (pounding) even easy. Followed this with an ice bath for the legs, which I did yesterday. That really helped. First 5 minutes of the bath required some discipline and controlled breathing, but the last 5 minutes were actually comforting. This comforting feeling continued for several hours. In retrospect, I should have done this at Megan's apartment right after the race. Next year, I will.
