Portland Back Cove 5k series. Every Wednesday at 6pm. Pay $20 to register, they give you a bib, and you're good to go every week. You have to register online, which I found out when I tried to register in person. No problem, they said, you can run without a bib, which I did. I plan to make this a weekly speed workout throughout the summer. Hope you can make it at some point.
