Notes

First mile was rough, second mile wasn't real sharp either. The last 2.5 miles were okay, but not great. It could be that the consecutive running days were the issue (wasn't planned - plan is to alternate days). I wonder if having knee compression is a detriment. Calf and knee compression on left leg only.
