Notes

Run from work on my own. This is the worst I have felt running in quite a while. My legs were sore like I ran a race yesterday, which seems crazy since it was uptempo but nothing crazy. Maybe some lingering soreness from treadmill running? I was planning 9 but 8 felt like more than enough. Hamstrings, quads, glutes, and calves were all very tight. Weird thing is that 7 minute pace felt really slow but also very sore and tiring.
