Notes

Bike ride at lunch. The Y is closed this week so I can't swim. I figured that is a good reason to get back to biking. Lunch rides usually can't be longer than 20 miles but it is good to get out. My knee actually felt worse biking than it has running. It was sore most of the afternoon after the ride.
