Notes

Kyle and I were the only two to show up for the group run so we headed out with the goal of a solid day. I was planning on 10 and thought our route would come close. I could tell my legs were heavy early and the humidity was taking its toll as well. This route also had the most hills I have done in quite a while so I had to dig a little to get to the finish. As we were getting back near Coe I realized we were only going to end up with about 8 which shocked me since it felt like a really long run at this point. Hopefully we were running faster than usual, but I think the heat was the main cause for feeling so tired. I was pretty well out of energy so we just decided to finish. I debated a cool down after some water but my legs were basically numb. It was really fun to do a solid hard run with Kyle again. The two of us haven't done many runs like this together in quite a while so it felt like old times.
