Brittney got a new bike (Trek 7.2) so we went out for a ride together. Getting out of town was a little slow but after that we hit 14-16 mph pretty consistently for the bulk of the ride. I was impressed she did that well on her first ride in years. Good for me to get back on a bike without working too hard. I'll try to incorporate this in more often now.
