Notes

Run with Kevin for the first 7 and then I added on. I was feeling really good before the add on. Not a lot of toe pain after a day off, but as I went on my own I started to get a pretty solid side cramp that went into my back. After my back gets tight I usually start to feel pretty sick. So I slowed the pace down a little and made sure I got 10 (I was hoping for 12). I felt better the last few minutes of the run. Hopefully it was just a little dehydration with a warmer day and not being used to drinking as much.
