Notes

Warmup and cool down for the day of racing. I didn't really do anything in between the races. Most just 2 miles beforehand with the Alumni milers and 2.5 miles after racing with Nutmeg and Pollux. My knee felt good all day until the cool down and then it got sore pretty quickly.
