Notes

This could be called tempo as well as long run. I went out on my own with the plan of 10+ again even if I didn't feel great. My knee started giving me trouble at about 3 miles but basically went away after 7 miles. The first half of the run had quite a few hills and was into the wind so I was using a lot of energy just to keep a solid pace. On the way back I really got rolling for a while. I debated adding on but the last mile or two I got rolling to the point that I was really needing to be done due to fatigue. I wondered how far this actually was so used for the Measure Route tool and found out it was actually 12.25. That makes me feel a little better about being really tired at the end.
