Run with Nutmeg from my house. Helix ended up having to cancel last minute so it was just the two of us. We started with the wind at our back which got me pretty warm as it just didn't feel nearly as cold as yesterday even though the temps were about the same. Nutmeg mentioned going to the limestone trail which was plowed but not great footing. I'm not sure what happened but by the second half of the run I was feeling terrible. Very glad to be done.
