After the long run yesterday and some knee soreness I decided biking would be a better option. Hazard and I headed toward Ossian on some gravel roads and I had a lot of fun doing some bigger climbs than I get around Cedar Rapids. We took it pretty easy on the gravel as we chatted, but with loose gravel and getting dusted out to the point of no visibility fairly often we didn't really have the option to go too fast. Cruised back from Ossian much faster on the pavement. Fun ride with a little different type of work than I'm used to.
