Run in Decorah with Nutmeg, Cholo, Corso, Hopper, Ziggy, and one younger alumni I don't know very well. Corso needed a pit stop right away and we spend almost a mile double back and forth before he was ready to go. Then we went an ran a slightly slippery lower palisades. I didn't really notice it but I may have just had a good spot on the road. I actually felt really good today. My hamstrings weren't nearly as tight as usual after a race which probably means I should have kicked harder.
