Notes

Decided to head out for a longer run at an easier pace today. I got about halfway into the run and dog started barking and ran after me (playfully). I got the dog to stop and the owner was shoveling his drive so he started to call the dog back. The dog just darted away into other yards and the owner informed me that the dog jumped through his invisible fence when it ran after me. I felt somewhat obligated to help the owner catch the dog so we spent the next 15-20 minutes trying to catch it and were pretty lucky that we did. In the end I found out the dog's name was Otis so I can now blame Otis for causing me to get very cold in the middle of my run. Luckily I started into the wind so the way back wasn't too cold and I was able to warm up again. I also saw a car stuck on railroad tracks later in the run. The tracks were so covered it looked like the car though it was a road and after about 20 feet got stuck. Pretty interesting run.

Rebel.

Dogs or people named Otis are not to be trifled with.
