Ran with a group of Alumni again: Nutmeg, Pollux, Rebel, Corso, and Emma. We headed to trails despite some snow and had a good run. It ended up just Nutmeg, Pollux, and I again but none of us were motivated to push it more than 6. My foot got a little sore again, but still felt pretty good for 2 days of trails and hard ground. Fun to be back running in Decorah.
