Run on my own from work. 4 mile warmup and then the plan was 4 miles of tempo but of course 2 miles felt hard enough. 2 miles at just over 5:40 pace (maybe a bit faster than I needed to go for my first workout in a while). 1 mile recovery and then another 2 miles at basically the exact same 5:44-5:42. Not a bad workout but I was a bit discouraged it felt as hard as it did, especially since I had a decent tailwind for most of it. Still good to do a workout on my own though.
