Notes

Warmed up a couple miles before the race and then another mile on the track waiting for my leg. Cooled down with a big group of guys and got down to a group of 7 by the end. I was feeling very tired on the cool down and having a hard time keeping up. Survived 4 miles with them and then took a break for a while. Headed back out for 3 miles with Odin, Rebel, Nutmeg, and Pollux later and did 2 of 3 miles barefoot. Barefoot still feels really good. My feet aren't as tough as they used to be, but my toe does feel really good during it. A lot of fun running with people for the day.
