This test had hills and I don't think it's representative. My aerobic zone 2 would be essentially the same as when I was fit 13 years ago! I've settled on a zone 2 of 140-150 as a trial and will redo the test on flat ground. Also, I expect my bike LTHR to be about 10 beats less, so 130-140 may be appropriate.
