Good effort today, first 3200 was a bit slow I was a little conservative cause legs felt good not great... definitely felt better the second rep. 1600 felt decent, not too tired but nothing special, ran 77-76-86-72 lol talk about a sleeper lap. Solid workout though, in hindsight probably could've gone 11:00/11:00/5:20-5:25. Also very slight wind.
