2 mile goal pace- 11:10 (5K pace plus 30 seconds)
1 mile goal pace- 5:30 (5K pace plus 25 seconds)
Standing 3:30 recovery between each
Good workout today. First 2 mile felt good, got pretty hard in the last lap. Second repeat was very tough, last mile was a real effort. I think the standing recovery made it harder because of the lactic acid build up. Final mile rep was hard but nothing too hard.
