Great workout today, I felt very strong. 400m recovery jog on each, 4 min rest between sets. The 400s following the 600s were brutal not gonna lie. Lactic acid build up was moderate, but nothing too bad as we were doing a jogging recovery. Overall this was a good workout, pleased with how my speed has progressed.
