I'm not feeling how I was when I was throwing down 9:3x-9:4x but more fit than I was last week, legs are recovering a lot quicker and I can actually maintain low 7 pace semi-comfortably. Just gonna take some consistency and strength runs, I hit low 70 last week and this week I'm on track for 75+ and I'm now realizing my legs feel great for having run 2 consecutive 70+ mile weeks. Think I'm gonna shoot for 8 this week or as close as I can get to it. 80 miles next week for sure.
