WORKOUT:
2 x mile with 60 sec rest
4 x 400 with 60 sec rest
Workout felt easy today, the mile repeats were somewhat challenging but I was consistent and they felt controlled and comfortable. 400s were a piece of cake, very very smooth and quickly recovered. Pleased with this workout going into Bishop Snyder as its a good indicator of my current fitness, I believe to be in sub 16 5K shape and possibly sub 9:45. Deep field on Friday but I'm looking forward to the fight with the other 10:0x guys.
