Another nice day of practice. Decided to let the boys do their thing and go on their own, so I ran with the ladies and picked up logan at the end. Adia Patterson decided to join distance and honestly she did really well. Sonja ran with us today too and cooked the whole team which was kind of funny. I wish her and her brother could give a little more dedication to the team... Had the girls mix in 6x15 strides
