Notes
The characteristic august haze is here in full force as of today. Ran with fenstermacher again and did just a quick 5 or so. Got chirped by two kids and did a half mile barefoot at u park which absolutely sucked. Too many fallen branches and the ground was just hard too so we scrapped it kind of early. Would have gone to the soccer field but there was practice going on.
Pretty humid out today as well, eventually ended up peeling off the shirt.
Additionally, a short burst of shin splits occurred once again. I better keep this damn thing under wraps. Did a few exercises after.
