Legs felt like crap on this today, probably a mixture from the lifting yesterday and the tempo run. Still got this done though being at 6 AM and all. Stopped by the mambas house since he overslept for practice and tried to get him up, but no dice. Eventually just did the loop I did last week. Ended up being just lindstrom and I by the end and was able to close it up nicely. Good descending run today!
