Some of the same as yesterday. Worked the legs again and the quads were feeling it too. good beacuse they need to be waken up after being "dormant" for the past few weeks.

Did planks again 45, 45, 45 by 2

and the med ball stuff.

Crunches were crazy hard...

stretched again
