Pushing pace type of run. 2 miles easy, 5 miles up pace, .5 miles go, 1.5 miles cool down. It was hot and humid out since I was helping with the TT at practice so this run wasn't necessarily easy...in the morning when it is cool would be much easier. Anyway I locked into getting the pace down but this route definitely rolled a bit. For the .5 mile go I had some uphill too which didn't make it easier, and Ted was dragging as well. Turns out he had a blister on his paw :(
