Notes
Well this race was a straight up joke. Lost all hope after mike and eddie dropped out for their respective races, pretty pissed off about that, merker and zorn both were our replacements.
Warmed up blah and whatever, missed the intro talk and off to the track!!
Charlie started out solid opening for us, ran probably about 2:05, good job for him, maintained well..
Joe kept up the pace, ran like 2:08.
Teevs definately got the performance of the day, ran like 2:04, and passed up like 2 teams.
I got the baton and got back one guy, but byron synstegaard from waconia heavily buried me. I got out fast, but it really didnt seem like i was going that fast, but i guess i came through in a 57!!! Definately shows i could probably carry a good 400 time...
As for the second lap, i would start to get lazy and fall off, i really didnt push it that much, almost as if i didnt care.... Came through and it seemed as i was jogging, surprised i didnt get lapped by mellon. Pretty crappy 4x800 performance by me....
Funny though that we still got honor roll and a medal!
