Windy run with the ho fam guys. Arches were sore on both feet. Was very uncomfortable to run on. Had to stop once in watermark to stretch out. Most of the guys split off after that and did 4. I ran more with jake and discussed the wonders of jazz music with him. Arches were still achey the whole time.
Did some feet raises after and stretched my calves and peroneals.
