Good tempo today. Stomach started to feel messed up per usual towards the end, was sweating a ton as well. Deltoids were also kinda sore as well, which was weird. I think I was too far up on the treadmill. Breathing and everything else felt fine, didn't seem overly tired.
Dad showed up at the end, ran on the mill next to me.
