Not a bad workout. Would have been outside but there was freezing rain/sleet/snow, so all the paths suck right now.

Surprised at how well this went, spent about 5 minutes trying to figure out how to sync my watch with the treadmill, but I couldnt really figure it out, so I just went with it.

200s of course werent of fantastic quality, due to speeding up, but the miles were very good, felt smooth and relaxed overall, nothing bad to report.

Cooled down then went to do core
